Blogger Beta

A quick note to subscribers: I just switched to Blogger beta and it may be that old articles show up in your RSS client as new. At least, a handful did in my Goggle Reader view.

Don't be fooled!

Oberon, I think that you should really respect the environment. Global warming is already taking a huge toll on planet Earth. Did you know that the Earth's temperature has just rose one degree? If it rises to four degrees above normal temperature, then this earth will be uninhabitable. I don't like anything more than the environment... well, I do like ancient history the same. Hey folks, I am just a walk-in so I don't really know what to say except that tress are good, soare gift horses...

Global Warming may just assist in our very demise, isn't that like Dr. Cavorkian or whatever his name was? Assisted suicide...?

And for the bulboy at the bottom here...Blogger beta is highly recommended and the button is on the right sidebar of your dashboard under learn more or try it now...It's constantly changing and getting better so get going now, give it a whirl...

On the global warming issue posted by Justin, I can't say that I agree with his observation. Scientist agree that in the past 100 years the Earth has warmed 1 degree. The problem is that 1 degree is well within the calibration tolerances of the equipment used to measure temperature.

While I do believe there can be global warming issues, I have not see the proof that this is nothing but a normal evolution of the ecosystem of the Earth.

    general,

You don't understand how measurement and uncertainty work. Even if true, about 1oC calibration errors (I don't believe you, BTW), if you take many hundreds of thousands of measurements each with an error range of 1, the resulting certainty of your aerage is much much less than one. If you want to see the actual temperature anayses the two major ones are NASA GISS and CRU. The GISS graph has the error bars on it, both should lead you to the study details, also check the CRU page link to the IPCC report (also in my sidebar). These people know what they are doing.

Hey, peoples, did you check out that weird blog with the title my nest or something? I forgot the address though. But, there's almost fifty comments on his one post. His post is "I am trying my very best to work on my nest". It's a spam-a-thon over there.

has anyone ever wondered why when you commit suicide you go to 'hell' but when somebody takes an innocent life, and they repent they can go to 'heaven'?
